Krankem products come with a "limited lifetime" warranty. Does this feel vague? We don't want it to be! It's our goal that the product you purchased be free of any manufacturer's defects for the lifetime of the product. If it's not, we want to make it right.
That's why we don't put a time-frame on our warranty. We approach any and all claims with the same mentality - "What's the right thing to do?" If your product malfunctioned because of a manufacturing defect, that's on us. If you ran into a tree stump, that's on you.
Effectively : please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage that may come from running into a tree with your sled. It's designed to cover defects in the actual manufacturing process (welds, etc.).
